  Dr. Tovey is a good doctor but his staffs are awful. Had appointment before and did not get back for my glasses.
  
  Today, I called back for my appointment cancellation and called back in the afternoon for appointment and the staff told me that he was charging me for not giving him a heads up and he said it's a verbal contract.
