  My mother is staying here. I found out her best friend died. I called Spirit of Woman to ask how they handle letting patients know about deaths of people in their life. They took my # and told me a case manager would call me back to figure it out. 30 minutes later I got a call from my MOTHER BAWLING asking me who died. This is a TERRIBLE approach to telling women in this program about a death. I wanted to work TOGETHER to figure out the best way to handle a delicate situation. I STILL have not received a call back. I expect better from a non prof who is supposed to HELP women deal with the tough things in life. Shame on you.
