  Horrible! Took my laptop in to see why it wouldn't connect to wifi and they basically charged me $50 to tell me what I already knew. They are a rip off. And the "asst. manager" was extremely rude when I asked for my money back since the diagnostic was suppose to be free! So I'm $50 short and still have the same problem with my laptop! These people have no idea what they are doing when it comes to fixing computers or customer service!
