    I like to feel the atmosphere at a yoga studio. There must be something different from the outside world for me to truly enjoy it. I have gone to other places in Fresno, but could not find what I was looking for. Either the instructor was mostly focused on physical exercise vs. the idea of mind/body alignment, or the studio was located in the gym or in a noisy place.

    This yoga studio is cozy, yet it has the elements of peace and isolation from the rest of the world. My instructor Dorian was knowledgeable, and adjusted the difficulty to my level. She also has a very relaxing voice and is full of positive energy.

    This was my first class, but I certainly liked it and will be coming back.
