  Never got a response. Called about a dozen times and sent in numerous emails. When I finally got through to someone there was nothing available because my venue is 20miles away which apparently is too far of a distance for them. So maybe they should update the web site because it says they deliver all the way up to Yosemite. But in my opinion they were not helpful at all and it just seemed like they could care less.

  I wont ever do business here again. The two people I delt with during my visits seemed uneducated. I would have ordered more had I been provided better service instead of being told to look online for what they could rent to me for my event. I used this company because I was told I would receive a discount for using them and the venue I booked through which was never honored to me. My napkins had two different colored stitching one that matched the napkin and one that was an apparently lighter and completely different color. We were asked to sign for the order before we even saw it and then a warehouse worker grabbed the order all at once and put it in our vehicle without us seeing it. Upon return we were told two items were missing which I cannot be sure were ever there to begin with and was charged an extravagant amount for "replacing" them. My concerns were never addressed by any number of people I talked to while dealing this company they just wanted to be paid.
