  The Valley Pool team was courteous, and responded quickly to our inquiry. They immediately fixed a problem with our pool light that we had had several techs try to fix over a period of about ten years. We really liked how knowledgable the tech was, and how he communicated with us on how the whole process would work. These guys REALLY exceeded expectations! We won't use any other pool company!

  Save your time and money! We hired this company to move our pool equipment. Service rep had a few no-shows, or last minute schedule changes on the days he was suppose to come by. Finally, after the equipment was moved, there was a small detail that needed attention, and the company kept saying they would be out to fix it, and never showed up or reached out to fix the problem. Then, the owner called me, and was very rude about payment, and sent an invoice of double the amount quoted. I just had the to accept that the problem was not going to be fixed by valley pool, and sent the payment for the amount quoted for the job.
  I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before hiring them.
  So if you want a job done right, within a reasonable amount of time, and work with an honest company. Don't hire valley pools!
