  There were two girls working when I went and visited the store. I have seen them before, but they really offended my as a customer the other day. I was asking them about waxing products. The girl's answer was "I don't use any of that, but Gigi is what we sell most" with a rude tone. They didn't smile or recommend ANY products to me. I felt like I was in a really small Walmart store - no no, walmart has more educated employees. The store it self was clean and had variety of products, too bad they have horrible customer service.

  I used to really like Sally Beauty but the last 4 times Ive been there it hasn't been a good experience. The prices are a bit over average which I normally wouldn't mind for great customer services but thats greatly lacking at this store. During my most recent visit I purchased over 50$ worth of items and I wasn't offered the free tote. The next week I went in to purchase items for my daughter and spent over 50 again and I asked about the promo that had ended just the day before...allegedly..the cashier said she would have to ask the manager if they could give me a tote even though I had my receipt with me. If you show up 30 minutes before closing they turn off the music and half the lights. During these highly competitive days in the retail world you would think they would be more than happy to make money but instead you feel so unwelcome you cut your shopping trip short and dont spend. When I was a Manager in retail that sort of custimer service would never had happen if I wanted to keep my job! Very disappointed.
