  Why do I love Sallys as a store but 9 out of 10 times I go into that place I feel like they hate me. Those women don't smile. They can't wait for me to spend my little money then leave. Oh my God. Thank you for helping me to check myself and make sure I never make people feel that way when I'm serving them. Terrible feeling. Unhelpful. Don't ask if you need help and give you death look. My God. I need a drink or a shower to wash this feeling away.
