  The first encounter with Denise was extremely pleasant and inviting. The hardest thing in the world for me has been death and from start to finish this company and all related staff made life bearable. I was able to relax knowingly that I was well taken care of. The patience and tolerance that each individual displayed from Denise, Rico & David were remarkable. The changes that I made, the indecisiveness on my part was never an issue for these people. Words can't express how elated I am to have the finish product to exceed my expectations. They take pride in their work and I cant say THANK YOU enough. I appreciate you all more than you know. Thanks for your patience, diligence, expertise and I also enjoyed speaking with Rico's son, he has an accent outta this world!!! Once again, I thank you all so much for the great work!!
