  I set up an appointment with Bob (the owner) to come to my home and get an estimate for a pool. Well he NEVER showed up nor called, leaving me waiting for nothing. So two things come to mind; horrible customer service and very unorganized. All I know is that I'm going to do business with another company. Good job Bob for losing a customer!!!!!!!
