  Pretty much...I was told to put $2000 down for a vehicle that i couldnt even choose IF i wanted a vehicle at all. Obviously...i did not have $2000 to put down. I was NOT ..again I WILL REPEAT - I WAS NOT offered a "down payment assistance program" to help me either. ...such as the advertising states. They did NOT even have the courtesy to end the conversation with me...a "sorry we couldn't help" or walk me out of the office. Very poor customer service. Very poor manners. Very poor help.
