  I understand the precautions but this lady worker at this location made me feel like I was a criminal.
  
  I went to Money Mart on Shaw and Feland to use their Western Union to send my boyfriend his money. He's currently in his home country on a family visit. The lady there greets me and directs me to fill out a form. As I'm filling out the form, I asked if I had to put down the state and city also or just the country. She asked me where am I sending it? The moment I said Pakistan, her face and tone of voice completely changed. I go on to finish the form and then she starts asking me question after question. She goes "who are you send it to and what's your relation to this person?" I looked at her and said "to my boyfriend, he's visiting his family there right now." She stops for a few minutes then asks "how long have you guys been together?" I told her a year, at this point I know she's trying to dig out whatever it is in her racist ass mind. I finish the form and slip it to her through the glass windows. She looks at me and asks "what's your boyfriend's name?" I tell her his name then she says "how come there's a different on here." I then tell her it's because he doesn't have an updated/valid Pakistan Identification Card therefore, I'm sending the money to his sister instead and she'll be able to receive it and that's who my boyfriend is staying with. This lady then goes on to ask "doesn't he have some type of identification? How does he plan to get back into the country(USA)?" I told her everything from he's visiting his family, he's a citizen of the US, he has an CA ID but he can't use that in his home country. She looks up at me, unapologetic as hell and straights up says "I'm sorry, at this point I just feel uncomfortable to process this transaction. You can try it at another Western Union." I was so upset! I almost walked out but turned back and ask her "what is it that makes you feel uncomfortable?" Her response was "you're sending it to Pakistan and you said it's for your boyfriend but he doesn't have an ID and you're putting down another person's name. We've been getting a lot of fraud and I don't feel comfortable processing this transaction." In my mind, I'm just thinking what kind of fraud?!? It's my money I'm using to send, if it goes missing it's my loss! You're not losing anything at all at any cost!!!! I was soooo UPSET I just walked out. I just couldn't believe what had happened. All because this lady was afraid of some country she has no knowledge about!
  
  I was however able to make the transaction at another Western Union with no questions asked.
