  I Watched J's Alarms & Car Audio on TV thought for sure they would assist my problem with my alarm, with a helpful solution. It's not like me to write a review yet I just could not believe the awful customer service...it's With such great regret I must say by my own personal experience with this business their service was the worst yet...The one man said they helped the community, with that in mind I thought this place must be ,"The Place" nope not even close!!
  Furthermore When I got to J's with my car they were all very unprofessional and unpleasant!!
  The one guy said , he could not touch my car, I needed to ....Then I waited for the owner he was so unpleasant and proceeded to quote me enormous charges. There was no resolve at all or any given knowledge for a solution other than this is going to be pricey!!!! They also assumed that my car might be a fire hazzard...I thought they were professionals???
  I drove away very extremely unsatisfied..I really could not believe how bad their customer service was!!!
  Needless to say I ended up taking my car to Stereo Center they were professional and courteous . I bought this car for my son and was needing an alarm checked and fixed..along with fuses & wires.
  To top it off they treated me with such respect & expert knowledge of how they could fix the wire problem with the assurance that ,"it was going to be fixed".
  Money was not the issue the owner worked with me with pleasant measures along my budget. My car now has an alarm , wires totally fixed with such satisfaction, also the door's pop open with the remote. It's too bad J's Alarms just would not take the time to bring customer satisfaction.
  I regret ever going to J's Alarms & Car Audio...I should of never took the news advice
  On where to go.
  I absolutely do not recommend them at all!!!
