  Worst customer service ever. Told me what I knew is what they new that they could not help me or see if they received the information I faxed and that I would know if they got it or not in 6 WEEKS! BY LETTER! are you kidding me lazy people not wanting to to their job! And hung up on me when I said I would wait for a manager instead of letting them call me back. Because they don't EVER call back
