  These apartments are way too over priced for the kind of service they provide. Haven’t had a pleasure experience here. They have yet to fix the laundry machines that have been broken for almost a year; maybe going onto 2 years. They once took 6 months to fix a broken window in my apartment after complaining to them almost everyday to fix it. They kept lying saying a day and time & then nothing would happen. The gate to get in is always broken. They have yet to fix that. You must have a remote or you can’t use your code to get in because the call box stays broken. You would think after all the money they get from everyone living here they would be on top of everything. Worst place ever, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. You can find cheaper & way nicer than Heron Pointe.
