  My wife and I were clients of Goliti Mayo for about eight months. We were indirectly referred. She didn't seem to go anywhere or provide much constructive direction, but, I believe just keeping the emotional pot stirred,in the least, keeps things from exploding. Then, we show up for a session, and she informs us that she does not think she can help us. In not so many words : "your marriage is F'd, get out".
  
  My wife and I walked to our car bewildered. Who expects a marriage counselor to fire you. My wife was especially upset. This kind of thing can be a deal breaker for a woman. I called my wife and said that B!@#% was just tired of our boring stories. We were able to shrug it off as comical.
  
  Years later, we are still together; but I remember thinking "what a jacked up way to treat your clients!" I would think she would ease us out or refer us to someone else, but nope, just "I'm done with you". I remember thinking that such a traumatizing event could end a marriage.
  
  TODAY, I JUST FOUND OUT, SHE DID IT AGAIN!, to some other distant acquaintances. Only this time the result looks like divorce. AFTER MORE THAN TWO YEARS of gaining the trust and confidence of the couple, she informs them that she can't help them. No coaching out. No advice. No referral to someone else. I am absolutly discusted! Goliti Mayo is like a mechanic who tears your car apart, takes forever doing it, charges lots of money, and then says she can't fix it. But it's not your car, its your life!
  
  I guess I made my point. Do a lot of research befor you trust someone with something as important as your marriage.
