  This was the first gym that I have ever signed up for and I have had a terrible experience with them. The services they provide are satisfactory, but in a different regard; they failed to provide me with the standards I need as a member.
  I opened an account back in August of 2017 and closed it in October due to having to move. The person who closed my account reassured me that my account had been closed. Months go by and I get a call from the gym saying they are still charging me and I have an overdue balance after my bank stopped providing them money (mind you 6months have gone by) I called corporate and filed a statement explaining my situation and the woman who assisted me on the phone told me that if I refuse pay the unpaid balance they'd go after my credit. I did not once go to the gym in the 6months after I had closed my account and all I was asking for was for them to dismiss it.
  I told a couple friends about it and they told me they also had the same thing happen to them! One of them went through the exact same ordeal as I did and had to make countless phone calls to make them stop charging him. He eventually filed fraud under his bank saying they are still pulling money out without his permission. I am so disappointed and disatisfied with this company. It makes me never want to sign up for another gym again due to the lack of trust.
