  The customer service was great upon entry and trying on items. However I was disappointed with the store's policy on a 20% coupon I tried to use. I tried to buy 3 items and the clerk applied the discount on the middle priced item. After discovering this and questioned why it wasn't applied to the highest priced item, she said it's actually supposed to be applied to the lowest priced item, but she decided not to do that. This was very disappointing, we ended up not buying all 3 items and just got the item that we got the discount on. However, the store also has a no return policy so we only got our store credit back. I really wanted to like this place and support a local business, but with such policies I ended shopping on Amazon and Target instead.
