  I have been a customer at this bank for over 22 years. In this time I received the most extraordinary service from their employee Barbara Barkley. She was fired 3 years ago. Yesterday in the Fresno County Superior Court a jury awarded her 1.68 million dollars for age discrimination, hostile work environment and wrongful termination. Since she has been gone, I liken the service to a freeway fast-food chain. Bank of The West doesn't give a darn about customer service or treating their employees well. I will be closing my accounts very soon.
