  Outstanding customer service, fair prices, and a clean welcoming environment. I've brought my vehicle here twice already. The first time I had an oil leak and a faulty washer pump installation. They fixed both the same day and for much less than I had been quoted at the Toyota dealership. Went back again for an oil change and they had me ready to rock and roll within the hour.
  
  I really appreciate the clear communication on what's wrong, how they are going to fix it, and how much it is going to cost. They take a lot of the anxiety out of visiting an auto shop by conducting themselves in such a friendly way. Albenis and Zach are my go to guys for all of my vehicles now. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them for years to come.

  I give major points to the guys at AU Auto, I brought my car to them after I started having engine problems after getting it back from Lithia for and told them the issues. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen they were quick with answers and solutions for the issues I had. I was able to talk with them, learn there backrounds, a little bit about there skills and they made the waiting a comfortable experience. If you’re looking for a simple oil change or a something major I would highly recommend AU, you won’t be disappointed.
