  I've been patronizing Arsenio's periodically for many years. Their chicken tacos were the absolute best in town in my opinion. But at some point things changed and I noticed a difference. I decided to give Arsenio's another try today. The food came from the store at Blackstone and Herndon. What a disappointment. The chicken in the tacos at times tasted like it had come from a can. The refried beans were apparently dehydrated and reconstituted. It was obvious they didn't come from real boiled beans. The chicken tacos are still better somewhat better than most, but are nowhere near as delicious as they had been in the past. They're cutting some corners and it shows.

  Expensive in price, cheap in quality. Ordered a salad and it was bare bones just tomato, onions, bell peppers, lettuce, and chicken. Extremely bare, not even cooked. Left my mouth with onion breath. Why pay so much when you can easily make this stuff at home for literally less than half what you pay? Literally.
