  Staff is always friendly. The imaging staff are always kind and thoughtful. The wait is not anything unusual for a doctor's appointment. I've waited longer to see my GP than I ever have for testing here. I have had several appointments here. The only issue I have had is that my doctor said that I may have had some bleeding from the biopsy they did, which led to a surgery I didn't need. I wouldn't suggest going here for a thyroid biopsy. But for things like MRIs or xrays, they do good.

  I read the positive reviews on this place and I was sure we had gone to a different place. First I was called twice to be asked the SAME questions. Second I was told my appointment was at 1000 and to please arrive 15minutes prior to check in. I asked how long would I be there in order to go back to work. I was told probably by 1100 I’d be out. So far ok. When I got there it took 5 minutes to check me in. 0950 I started waiting. 1000 waiting, 1015 waiting, 1025 still waiting. I get up and ask how much longer because I was promised to be out by 1100. Person I asked said, I didn’t tell you. Then she informed me that my appointment was at 1030. I asked why was I told 1000, she informed me that they do that with all their patients Incase they arrive late or if they can see them early. Bottom line: I was told to be there at 945 and I probably wouldn’t be out till 1200. RIDICULOUS. If you can AVOID THIS PLACE. Clovis Community I was in and out no problem.
