  I used to be a loyal customer, but as of today no longer. I am completely disappointed in my experience which just occurred minutes ago. I purchased a dress which was on clearance not realizing the exchange policy. I got to my car began driving home and I'm looking at the dress in the sunlight come to find that it is see through. I immediately called the store asking if I can just exchange it for another item I had my eyes on and was told by Lizzie there is nothing that could be done to assist me. I explained to her that the cashier who rang me up never told me all clearance was final. It is unfortunate considering it has only been 5 minutes since I left the store, and that they did not inform me of the policy.
  Never selling or buying from them again!
