  Truly horrific to watch an older gentleman order a family grieving the loss of their nine year old son out of the funeral home because it was 9 pm. I heard him tell grieving family, "You need to be out by 9 not leaving by 9." To a woman going to touch the little boy one last time, "You had 4 hours to touch him." One lady was talking in Spanish and he rudely said, "I'll need you to talk in English." We operate a store and often need to ask customers to leave and that is NOT what you do! You can announce 15 minutes ahead of time that it's getting time for to wrap up and invite family and friends to offer final good byes. You can work with the family on how they would like that exit to go ahead of time asking them to partner with you as you know last good byes are difficult. This family gave you $10-12,000 for their sons burial you figure out away to honor their grief. I have heard negative feedback about this place in the past along with the way they over price and take advantage of the low income community that is grieving and located around them. Tonight I experienced it for myself. There is NO excuse for people to be treated this way ever.
