  Everything was great up until the very end of my experience. First, I had several things done, a manufacturer recall completed (good), had to get a new catalytic converter on a 2014 Chevy captive. Thankfully that was covered under warranty (great) but the cracked exhaust manifold with special nuts & bolts & sensors were not covered (not good). Hopefully they fixed it properly & it will last a good 10/12 years. So the end of my experience is what really turned me off about the whole experience, when I bought the car almost 2 years ago the back windshield wiper handle had a used up needed to be replaced wiper. It too Chevy a long time to figure out how to replace it. When they finally figured it out, I bought a new wiper blade from them ($22) & they put it in but it looks like it may have been the wrong size because the plastic part from the wiper blade cover hits my windshield so I STILL cannot use it. I asked if maybe I nreden a different size & Michael & one of the service guys weren't sure. The service guy went to see if there was another Chevy captive on the lot to see how that one but but but didn't look like there was another vehicle to compare to mine. Michael said if he had one of the service guys look at it further it might cost me some money to fix it correctly. I was already broke after most parts on the car weren't covered under warranty. I left with a bad taste in my mouth over Michael Chevrolet. I would expect the service to finish the job & at least figure out the windshield wiper problem instead of leaving me hanging like that (before they took the old wiper off you could see that the plastic cover was not hitting my windshield but that wiper had no more wipe left). I'm dissatisfied with the amount of care or concerns Michael Chevrolet & the employees gave me in the end.

  Great service. For the work that I had done, I was there for 1.5 hrs and it was right on schedule. I have dealt with Michael, in service, twice now and both times he has been great.
