  INSPECT CLOTHING BEFORE YOU BUY. They might have a good selection of clothing, but some of their clothes are dirty due to who knows what. I understand people try them on and etc., but they can't damage or clearance it out? I bought a jacket as a gift and when I found something better, I tried to return it. Nope. Guess what? I bought a dirty jacket and the manager said "we can't give your money back because you wore it already" and showed me small dirty area. I was speechless; mainly because they blamed me. But I understood because it was my fault I bought a dirty jacket, so I asked "okay, well can I have store credit then because I did NOT wear that". Then the manager said she'll get her HIGHER manager to come speak with me. By then I was irritated, because that would be the 3rd person I talked to, so I called my friend, told her the situation, and she was fine with it. So when the higher manager came, I said "I bought this dirty jacket as a gift, but since it's getting complicated, I called my friend and she said she'll just keep it". She said "okay" and just walked away, not even trying to understand my situation. So after this, I agree with others that their customer service sucks. I'm still going to shop here, because it's the only f21 in fresno, but just make sure you know what you're buying. (:
