  I was baffled when i witnessed the owner of the business (Sara Jarrar) digging through trash bags to take sleeves off thrown away cups and reuse them in an effort to save a a few cents. At collect coffee, their idea of a freshly brewed pot of coffee is made anywhere between an hour and 6 hours before its set out for a customers use. Dont believe me? Go any day after 3pm and enjoy yourself a luke-warm cuppa Joe. Don't even get me started on the ice tea or cold brew. That stuff sits for so long (I mean DAYS) without a throw away date that the baristas will serve both with sediment and who knows what strains of mold. Why would anyone want to visit a business that is always out of product? Half the time this place doesnt have food, or coffee available for sale. And the only food that is available is left sitting in an unventilated case all day. It's painfully obvious that the owner of Collect has no idea what she's doing and should never have been given the keys to the business by daddy.

  Great place to hang out and study. Close to campus and amazing coffee. The people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable about coffee as well as pretty darn personable. ☕️
