  If I can give zero stars, I would. First off, we had been trying to get ahold of their manager for 2-3 weeks with no luck. She was never at the office. And finally when we found her at her office, we were extremely unhappy with their customer service. Their agents are not qualified to properly help you, and when their agents make mistakes, their manager(Veronica Sandoval) fails to take responsibility for those mistakes. We asked for their supervisor's contact information to see if they can help us out, and Veronica the manager, refused to give us her bosses information. They would gladly take our money but they refuse to provide proper customer service. They are only here to rip people off. If your looking for insurance, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
